Privacy policy

Relief is a brand of Veloria 3D Printing Hub, a sole proprietorship registered in the Philippines (DTI business name no. 7604193, Calamba City, Laguna). We make plaques from your hikes and rides, which means we handle personal and location data. This policy explains what we collect, why, and the choices you have, in line with the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173).

What we collect

• What you send us: your name, email, mobile or Messenger contact, delivery city and, once you order, your delivery address.
• Your activity: the Strava or Garmin link or GPX file you share, and the route, distance, time and other stats in it, plus the title and wording you want on your plaque.
• Payment records: proof of payment and the details needed for official receipts. We don't store card numbers.
• Technical data: our hosting provider keeps standard server logs (such as IP address and browser type) to keep the site secure. The site sets no cookies.

A note about route data

A GPS track can show where you started, and that's often near home. We only use your route to make your plaque, and we print exactly what you approve in your 3D preview. If you'd rather not share your start or finish, trim the activity or use your app's privacy zones before you send it, or tell us and we'll leave that part out.

Why we use it

• To reply to your request and prepare your quote and 3D preview (your consent).
• To make, pack and deliver your order and handle after-sales care (to fulfil our agreement with you).
• To issue receipts and keep records the law requires (legal obligation).

We'll only feature your plaque in our photos or social posts if you say yes first.

Who we share it with

We never sell your data. We share only what each service needs to do its job:

• Web3Forms, which delivers the order form to our inbox.
• Cloudflare, which hosts this website.
• Google Fonts, which serves one of the site's typefaces. Your browser contacts Google to load it.
• Our courier, which gets your name, address and number to deliver your order.
• Our payment provider (GCash or your bank), when you pay.

How long we keep it

We delete your activity files and route data 90 days after delivery, unless you ask us to keep them for a reorder. We keep order and payment records for as long as Philippine tax rules require, then delete them.

Your rights

Under the Data Privacy Act you can ask to see the data we hold about you, correct it, object to how we use it, or have it deleted or blocked. You can also ask for a copy in a common format, and you can complain to the National Privacy Commission (privacy.gov.ph). To use any of these rights, email us at veloria3dstudio@gmail.com. We'll reply within 15 days.

How we protect it

The site runs over HTTPS. Order emails and files are kept in accounts protected with two-step sign-in, and only the people making your plaque can see them.

Changes

If we change this policy we'll update the date above. Significant changes will be noted on this page.
