Terms of sale

These terms apply when you order a Relief plaque from Veloria 3D Printing Hub (“we”, “us”), a sole proprietorship registered in the Philippines. By placing an order you agree to them. They don't limit any rights you have under the Consumer Act of the Philippines (Republic Act No. 7394).

1. Made to order

Every plaque is made for one person, from one activity. Because each one is custom, we can't resell it, and that shapes the cancellation and return rules below.

2. How ordering works

• You send your activity through the order form.
• We reply with a quote and, once you go ahead, a 3D preview of your plaque.
• You check the preview, including the spelling, stats, title and route, and approve it or ask for changes. We include 2 rounds of changes.
• We print exactly what you approve, so please check it carefully.

3. Prices and payment

Prices are in Philippine pesos and shown on our site or in your quote. Shipping isn't included; we quote it with your order. We accept GCash and bank transfer. A 50% deposit is due before we make your 3D preview; the balance is due once you approve it, and production starts when it is received. We issue an official receipt for every order.

4. Changes and cancellations

You can cancel free of charge any time before you approve your 3D preview. Once production has started, the order can't be cancelled or refunded, because the plaque is made only for you.

5. Production and delivery times

We'll give you an estimated timeline with your quote; see Shipping & returns. These are estimates. If something delays your order, we'll tell you as soon as we know.

6. What to expect from a 3D print

Your terrain tile is 3D-printed layer by layer, so fine layer lines and small variations in texture are a normal part of the process, not defects. Satellite imagery and colours can also look slightly different in print than on screen.

7. Damage and defects

If your plaque arrives damaged or has a defect, message us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the plaque and its packaging. We'll repair, reprint or replace it at no cost to you. See Shipping & returns for details.

8. Your activity and content

You confirm the activity is yours, or that you have permission to use it, for example for a gift. You let us use it to make your plaque, and you keep all rights to it. We only show your plaque in our marketing with your permission.

9. Our designs

The Relief name, logo, plaque layout and 3D models are ours. Your plaque is for your personal use and display.

10. Liability

We're responsible for making and delivering your plaque as described in these terms. As far as the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect losses. Nothing in these terms limits your statutory rights as a consumer.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Philippines.
