Shipping & returns

How long it takes

• Your 3D preview: within 3 business days of receiving your activity.
• Printing and framing: 7–10 days after you approve your preview and the balance is received.
• Delivery: usually 2–3 days within Metro Manila and Calabarzon, and 3–7 days elsewhere in the Philippines.

Where we ship and how much it costs

We ship anywhere in the Philippines by courier. Shipping isn't included in the plaque price; we quote it with your order. When your plaque leaves us, we'll send you a tracking number.

Packing

Each plaque is packed to protect the glass and frame in transit.

If it arrives damaged

Open your parcel soon after it arrives. If anything is broken or damaged, message us within 7 days with photos of the plaque, the box and the shipping label. We'll repair, reprint or replace it at no cost to you, and sort out the claim with the courier ourselves.

Returns

Every plaque is made for one person from one activity, so we can't accept change-of-mind returns once production has started. You can cancel free of charge any time before you approve your 3D preview. Defects and transit damage are always covered, as above. For the full terms, see our terms of sale.
